Who we are

One platform for the business behind your business.

Solux is built as a small group with a shared-services platform at its centre. The companies we incubate plug into one team for finance, compliance, operations, people, technology and brand — so founders can stay on the product, the customers and the growth.

Why Solux exists

Solux grew out of a problem we kept seeing.

After more than a decade in international financial services and business technology, the same gap kept appearing.

Legal advice sat in one place, finance in another, and technology somewhere else. Each specialist could do good work, but the founder was still left to connect everything.

Solux was created to close that gap — first by bringing the right people around the same table, and now as an incubator: one platform that sets companies up, runs the business behind them and stays for the growth.

Why Solux

Why choose Solux Tech.

There are plenty of advisors. Most give you a document and leave. An incubator stays. Solux connects the different parts of your business and shares the work of running them.

01

Real operating experience

More than a decade across international financial services and business technology — practical judgement from doing the work, not just advising on it.

02

One joined-up platform

Finance, compliance, operations, people, technology and brand under one roof, so the support connects instead of leaving you to stitch it together.

03

With you end to end

From set-up to scale, we put the plan into practice and stay close to delivery — you get a working business behind you, not just a set of recommendations.

04

Discretion as standard

Sensitive business information is handled carefully, with confidentiality and data-handling terms agreed up front and an NDA available on request.

How we stay agile

Small team. Carefully chosen specialists. Modern tools.

Solux is built to stay lean and responsive. We use AI carefully where it improves research, analysis, workflows and delivery, while keeping judgement, confidentiality and client context in human hands.

We are partners with Anthropic and part of the Claude Partner Network. That helps us stay close to the tools shaping modern work and apply them responsibly for clients.

Behind the core team is a strong partner network. When a company brings us a bespoke issue — an international structure, a tax question, a new market — we find the right partners and the right talent for it, rather than forcing it through a fixed team. Meet our partner network →

For each project, we validate and select the right people for the work. We also maintain a structured training programme so specialists are upskilled to the standard Solux expects before they deliver for clients.

What we do

Set up. Run. Grow.

We help founders and growing companies. We incubate new ventures from the first decision, and take on established businesses that want a stronger company behind them — end to end, or just the one part that needs it. Either way the work is hands-on: we set things up, run them with you and stay for the growth. We work with businesses and teams, not individuals or personal finances.

Founders and new ventures

You are starting from zero and want the company, its structure, finances and processes set up properly — with a team behind you while it grows.

See the two ways to work

Established small businesses

You already trade and want to professionalise: reliable numbers, tighter compliance and a back office you do not have to build function by function.

See what we can do

Businesses entering new markets

You are taking a business into a new country and need the company, its operations and its compliance built properly on the ground, with regulated specialists on hand.

What founders tell us

A few examples of how conversations start. They are only examples — if your situation looks different, tell us anyway.

  • We have the idea. We need the company around it.
  • We want to expand from China into the US and the UK, and we are starting from zero there.
  • We want to raise funds, but we are not sure what stage we are at, and the numbers are not ready.
  • We want to hire people from overseas into our UK office. What do we need to do?
  • How do we optimise our international business structure and tax?

What we can do depends on your company, market and stage, which we establish at the start. For bespoke questions like these, we find the right partners and the right talent from our partner network. Fundraising support is preparation and readiness, not investment advice. Tax and structuring advice comes from suitably qualified partners. Solux Tech does not give immigration advice: UK visa and sponsorship questions are referred to our affiliate Tova Legal, which is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) for UK immigration matters only. For other legal matters, and for immigration matters outside the UK, we refer you to our other legal partners in the UK and internationally, who advise under their own engagement.

One shared platform, from the first set-up to the day-to-day running — so each company gets a full back office without building every function itself.

01 · Set up

A one-off phase at the start.

  • Company and group structure review

Brought in as and when you need it.

  • Outsourced accounting and year-end support

Finance

Budgets, cash flow and the numbers behind decisions.

In plain English: knowing what your money is doing and what it will do next.

We help with: financial models, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, management reporting, accounting and tax-filing support, and pricing or margin reviews.

Example: a founder unsure if they can afford two new hires, or a team pulling numbers together for a board or investor.

Outcome: clear, trusted numbers you can plan and decide from.

Compliance

Records, processes and controls ready for the rules that apply to you.

In plain English: being able to show the business is run properly and meets its obligations.

We help with: internal processes, documentation, record-keeping, risk checks, GDPR and data-handling awareness, and regulatory readiness.

Example: a fintech preparing for licensing questions, or a company tightening how it stores customer data.

Outcome: cleaner records and readiness when a regulator, partner or investor asks.

Legal & immigration: we refer, we do not advise. UK immigration goes to our affiliate Tova Legal ↗ (IAA-regulated); other legal matters go to our legal partners in the UK and internationally.

Operations

Turning a busy team into a business that runs smoothly.

In plain English: clear roles, steps and routines so work gets done without everything depending on one person.

We help with: mapping workflows, defining responsibilities, documenting how things are done, and setting an operating rhythm.

Example: a growing team where tasks slip through the cracks, or a founder who is the bottleneck for every decision.

Outcome: a business that keeps working when you step back.

People

The right roles, structure and hiring priorities in place.

In plain English: having the right people, in clearly-defined jobs, at the right time.

We help with: role definitions, team structure, hiring priorities and planning the team as you grow.

Example: deciding which role to hire first, or unclear ownership as headcount grows.

Outcome: a team structure that fits your stage and supports growth.

Technology

The tools, systems and data flows that support how you work.

In plain English: using the right software so information moves smoothly and nothing is done twice.

We help with: choosing and joining up tools, tidying data flows, and removing manual, repetitive work.

Example: data re-keyed across three systems, or a stack that has grown messy and disconnected.

Outcome: systems that save time and give you reliable information.

Growth

Practical planning for the next stage, from new markets to investment.

In plain English: a grounded plan for what comes next, and what needs to be ready first.

We help with: market and partnership planning, preparing for fundraising or new markets, and prioritising what to do first.

Example: preparing to raise investment, or entering a new country or product line.

Outcome: a clear, sequenced plan for the next stage of growth.

FAQ

Before we talk.

What does Solux mean by a business incubator?

We take companies end to end: we set the company up properly, run the business behind it on one shared platform — finance, compliance, operations, people, technology and brand — and stay close as it grows. If you only need one part, you can use that part of the platform on its own.

Who do you work with?

Founders and new ventures starting from zero, established businesses that want a stronger company behind them, and businesses entering a new market. We work with businesses and teams, not individuals or personal finances.

Where do you operate, and which Solux company would we work with?

Solux Tech operates in the United Kingdom as Solux Tech Ltd and in the United States as Solux Tech LLC, and works with businesses internationally. These are separate companies, each under the laws of its own jurisdiction. The company you work with, and the law that governs the work, are set out in your written engagement agreement.

How does working with Solux work commercially?

It depends on the company. Typically there is a one-off set-up phase, then an ongoing shared-services fee, with specialist work quoted separately. Some companies join the Solux group; others use the platform on a service basis. Structure and terms are always agreed in writing, with the Solux Tech company named in the agreement, before any work starts.

What if we need something outside your core team, such as tax, structuring or a new market?

That is what our partner network is for. For bespoke issues — an international structure, a tax question, a new market — we find the right partners and the right talent. Regulated advice, whether legal, tax, accounting or investment, always comes from suitably qualified professionals under their own engagement, not from Solux Tech.

Can you help with visas or hiring people from overseas?

Solux Tech does not give immigration advice. For UK visa, sponsorship and immigration matters we refer you to our affiliate Tova Legal, which is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) for UK immigration matters only. Tova Legal is our affiliate, but not our only legal partner: for immigration matters in other countries, and for other legal questions, we refer you to our other legal partners in the UK and internationally, who advise under their own engagement.

How do you handle confidentiality and our data?

We treat your business information as confidential and handle it carefully, in line with the data protection laws that apply to the Solux Tech company you work with — in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR. We start with only the information needed to understand your situation, agree confidentiality and data-handling terms before sensitive material is shared, and can sign an NDA on request.

What happens to information I submit through the contact form?

Your message, and any meeting times you add, are sent to the Solux team as one email. Delivery is handled by a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit), which relays the message to our inbox; nothing is stored on this website. We use the details only to respond to your enquiry. If you prefer, you can email us directly at info@soluxtech.co.uk.

Is the information on this site formal advice?

No. Information on this site is general and for guidance only. It is not formal legal, tax, accounting, immigration or investment advice. Where regulated or specialist advice is needed, we help you engage suitably qualified professionals through a proper engagement. This website is operated by Solux Tech Ltd and is governed by the laws of England and Wales; that applies to the website only, not to the work of each Solux Tech company.

Tell us where things stand.

You do not need a polished brief. Tell us what you are building, what feels unclear and what you need to decide next.

Would you like to also book a meeting? Share a few times you are free and we will confirm one back.

Tell us when you are free, not the meeting length. For each option, pick a date and the time range you are available — “From” is the start of your window and “To” is the end (for example, Tuesday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm). Add up to three options and set your time zone. We will pick one that works and confirm it back to you.
